“Two Years Together, Gratitude to You” —— K-SHOW Moulding Co., Ltd. Holds a Farewell Party for Ms. Emily

On the afternoon of November 28, 2025, K-SHOW Moulding Co., Ltd. held a brief and solemn farewell party in the company’s conference room to express its gratitude for the hard work of Ms. Emily, a colleague from the Foreign Trade Department, over the past two years. More than ten people attended the meeting, including the company’s management, representatives from various departments, and the foreign trade team. They reviewed Emily’s journey of growth with the company and extended their sincere best wishes to her.

The meeting was presided over by the Comprehensive Management Department. First, Niki, the manager of the Foreign Trade Department, gave a brief introduction to Emily’s work experience. Since joining K-SHOW at the beginning of 2023, Emily has mainly been responsible for customer development and order follow-up in the European and North American markets. She has participated in and completed more than 120 export projects of precision molds, covering areas such as automotive lighting, medical consumables, and consumer electronics. Li Yue said, “Emily is familiar with mold structures and process requirements and can establish a clear and efficient communication bridge between customers and the design department, helping the team shorten the average prototype delivery cycle by eight days and maintain a customer first-batch acceptance rate of over 95%.”

Subsequently, Mr. Xu Li, the general manager of the company, delivered a speech on behalf of the company. He pointed out that Emily was one of the first employees to join K-SHOW since its registration and official production. In the early stages of the company, when the foreign trade process, customer files, and quotation system were still being established, Emily worked with the team to complete the application for export qualifications, the sorting of customs codes, and the issuance of the first pro forma invoice, laying the foundation for subsequent business expansion. General Manager Xu presented Emily with a “Loyalty Service Medal” and souvenirs, and expressed his appreciation for her work attitude of “ensuring delivery with attention to detail and promoting cooperation with professionalism.”

In her thank-you speech, Emily recalled that when she first arrived at K-SHOW, there were only three CNC machines and one assembly line in the workshop, and the sample room was still under renovation. She has witnessed the company’s export value grow from less than fifty thousand US dollars in the first month to breaking eight hundred thousand US dollars in a single month in October 2025. Emily thanked the company’s management and colleagues from various departments, including technology, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and finance, one by one, and said, “The mold industry is fast-paced and has high standards, but it is the data review after each trial molding that has made me realize the value of team collaboration.” She also promised that although she is leaving the front line of the workplace due to personal plans, she is still willing to assist with customer handover and project follow-up remotely if the company needs her in the future.

After the meeting, all the participants took a group photo in front of the office building to leave their best wishes for Emily. The Comprehensive Management Department has uploaded the farewell party’s video and photo materials to the company’s intranet for more colleagues to leave messages online. The Human Resources Department has also launched a recruitment plan for foreign trade positions and an internal job rotation plan to ensure a smooth transition of customer communication channels.
