Automotive Parts Mould are the most common type of automotive parts molds undertaken by Kshow Molds. Customers typically provide product drawings for a single plastic automotive component, such as a bumper, dashboard, door panel, or headlight housing. Our core task is to transform these product drawings into molds capable of stable and efficient production. This process begins with mold design, where our engineers comprehensively consider the product structure, material properties (such as PP, ABS, PA, etc.), injection molding machine tonnage, and the customer's expected production cycle. In the design, the balance of the runner system, the layout of the cooling water channels, and the ejection and venting schemes are crucial, directly determining the molding quality and production efficiency. For large parts like dashboards, the mold size and weight are enormous, requiring technologies such as sequential valve hot runners to control weld lines and warpage. After manufacturing, we repeatedly test the mold on our own injection molding machines, adjusting process parameters until the produced samples fully meet the customer's size, appearance, and assembly requirements. Finally, we deliver the successfully tested mold to the customer.
As a mold manufacturer, KSHOW offer automotive industry clients more than just a steel mold base; we provide a complete production solution that has been meticulously designed, manufactured, tested, and validated. Our value lies in ensuring that this mold system can reliably and consistently produce millions of automotive parts that meet stringent standards on our clients' production lines over extended periods.
