The mold blank is made of S136 stainless steel, with a hardness of HRC50-52 after vacuum quenching. The mold cavity is coated with a Ni-PTFE composite layer, which is corrosion-resistant and resistant to electrolytes, with a service life of ≥1 million mold cycles. It adopts a 1×1 single-cavity layout, compatible with a 2000T fully electric injection machine. The hot runner system includes 8-point needle valve gates, and sequential control ensures that the glass fiber reinforced PA66+GF50 is smoothly filled at 320℃. The injection pressure is 180 MPa, the molding cycle is 55 seconds, and the dimensional accuracy reaches ±0.05 mm.
Plastic Power System Parts Mould is equipped with conformal cooling channels and beryllium copper inserts, which increase the cooling efficiency by 30%, with a planarity of ≤0.1 mm to avoid assembly stress. The sliding core uses a hydraulic inclined drawing mechanism with a stroke of 80 mm and a demolding angle of 0.5° to ensure the integrity of the snap-fit. KSHOW mold surface is integrated with pressure and temperature sensors, which are connected to the MES in real-time through the OPC-UA interface for quality traceability. The finished product has a fire-resistant rating of UL94-V0 and can withstand a voltage of 3 kV, meeting the reliability requirements of IATF 16949 for power components, achieving integration of lightweight, insulation, and cost reduction.
