Product Overview

Since 2002 our Plastic Car Headlight Housing Mould have covered low/high beams, DRL and full-width tail lamps for cars, SUV, pickups and commercial vehicles.

Mould sizes up to 1, 800 mm × 750 mm; single, twin or family-stack layouts available.

Sealing grooves, optic patterns, aiming pads and vent holes are formed in one shot; mould exported to Europe, North America and Japan.

• Optical-grade steel: cavities in German 1.2083 ESR, VOD remelted, polishability < 10 nm, Ra ≤ 0.008 µm

• Low-stress moulding: patented stepped hot-runner + servo-valve sequential control lowers melt shear rate by 20%, internal stress < 6 MPa, eliminates rainbow streaks

• Micro-shrink compensation: PC visco-elastic model pre-sets 0.12 % shrink, post-coating optical axis drift < 0.3 mrad, meets ECE R112 photometry first shot

• 30-day copy delivery: 3D freeze to T1 in 25 days, supplied with Optical Distortion & Haze Report; no second coating trial needed

• 500 k shots maintenance-free: Ni-PTFE composite on cavities, retains 0.2° draft after 500 °C degas, dimensional drift ≤ 0.05 mm
