On November 20, 2025, K-SHOW welcomed a delegation of clients from Romania's automotive parts industry for a one-day site visit and in-depth exchange regarding high-precision mold cooperation. This visit was a special investigation by the Romanian clients into K-SHOW's mold R&D and manufacturing capabilities, based on the development needs of the Central and South European mold market, laying a solid foundation for future regular cooperation between the two parties.

Accompanied by K-SHOW's technical team, the delegation successively toured the mold design center, precision machining workshop, quality inspection laboratory, and mold testing workshop, focusing on the professionalism and compliance of the entire mold production process. In the precision machining workshop, the clients paid close attention to the operation of the five-axis联动processing centers and electric discharge machining equipment, inquiring in detail about key processes such as mold cavity mirror polishing and edge chamfering. They affirmed the process standards of scratch-free product surfaces and natural chamfer transitions. During the quality inspection phase, the clients carefully verified the mold compliance certification documents, including inspection reports that meet the EU EN 1612-1:1997+A1:2008 safety standards and the LFGB certification qualifications for molds in contact with food. By observing the entire mold testing process, the delegation gained an intuitive understanding of the production efficiency improvements brought about by the optimized cooling waterway design and expressed interest in the practical effects of K-SHOW's conformal cooling technology in shortening the molding cycle.
