As the first rays of dawn swept across the new factory in Phnom Penh, 25 HTF-160J machines from Haituo formed a giant “K,” like a silver seal stamped on a new page of Cambodian manufacturing. Master Deng squatted in front of Machine No. 01, right at the center of the “K,” inserting a piece of oil-resistant paper marked “0.01mm” into the mold positioning ring. At this moment, K-SHOW Global Service wrote a new note with its “mold-centric” delivery: in seven days, 78 tons of molds, 1,200 cooling pipes, and 25 sets of K-iMold 4.0 were all put into production without defects, with a CpK≥1.83, a first-inspection pass rate of 98.7%, and commercial mass production was delivered five days ahead of the contract.
1. Data Preplacement in the Cloud: The customer uploaded the 3D mold flow 30 days in advance. The headquarters' digital twin center conducted 128 cycles of simulation, locking in 14 potential shrink marks in advance.
2. Factory-Level Mold Adaptation: The injection table stroke, ejector pin position, and core-pulling oil circuit were pre-set according to the customer's mold drawing at the Ningbo base, with zero secondary processing on site.
3. Mold Health Management: K-iMold 4.0 collects mold temperature, mold pressure, and mold opening and closing curves in real time. The AR glasses have a 0.05mm-level alarm, stopping failures in the cloud.
D1 Lifting—Laser Target + Magnetic Quick-Mold, single mold change in 2 minutes and 47 seconds, setting a new record in Southeast Asia.
D2 Water/Oil/Electricity—The temperature difference of the multi-circuit water row is ≤1℃, and the thermal oil at 180℃ has zero leakage, laying the cooling foundation for a 4-second cycle.
D3-D4 Scientific Mold Testing—Six-step method for shaping: short shot → filling → holding pressure → cooling → demolding → weighing, with a weight deviation of ±0.03g.
D5 GR&R Verification—Continuous 30 molds CpK 1.86, the customer signed on site “no further adjustment needed.”
D6 Operator Training—Hand-on teaching of “10 Tips for Thin-Walled Cap Mold Maintenance,” with a 100% pass rate for 28 Cambodian technicians.
D7 Mass Production Handover—25 sets of molds start simultaneously, the entire line OEE 85.2%, daily production of 1.6 million beverage caps.
The Ningbo headquarters conducted 1,440 remote calibrations through the 5G low-orbit satellite link; Master Deng's AR glasses received 67 cloud instructions, corrected the cooling sequence on site three times, resolved two mold sticking risks in advance, and saved the customer a potential downtime loss of 52,000.
Sok Veasna, Production Director of PP Pack in Cambodia: “Achieved a 4.8-second cycle and 96% pass rate in two weeks, and we will add another 30 HTF-160J machines next year!”
From the first note of “0.01mm” in the morning to the nightfall of 1.6 million bottle caps going offline, K-SHOW completed a precise recitation of a cross-border delivery in the language of molds. Master Deng closed his toolbox, and his figure disappeared into the crowd at Phnom Penh airport—next stop, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. What remains in Cambodia are the 25 never-ending injection machines, the new coordinates of “Chinese molds + Chinese equipment + Chinese service” written on the global supply chain, and K-SHOW's most resounding interpretation of “mold-centric”: to make every mold closure zero-error with the world.
