On November 10, 2025, the 22nd Zhejiang (Taizhou) Plastics Industry and Mould Industry Exhibition grandly opened at the Taizhou International Expo Center (Jiaojiang). As a well-known local mould and plastic company in Taizhou, Taizhou KSHOW Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd. made a stunning appearance with its latest technological achievements — the Haituo HTV-270/ES injection moulding machine and the high-efficiency plastic fork mould, becoming one of the focuses of the exhibition site.
This exhibition, themed "New Products, New Technologies, New Equipment," focuses on the entire industry chain, including plastic machinery, mould manufacturing, raw materials and products, attracting hundreds of well-known enterprises from all over the country to participate. As one of the local representative enterprises, KSHOW Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd. displayed its latest breakthroughs in injection moulding technology and mould design and manufacturing.
At the exhibition site, KSHOW highlighted the efficient collaborative operation of the Haituo HTV-270/ES injection moulding machine and the plastic fork mould. The injection moulding machine, equipped with a full servo drive system, features high precision, high stability, and energy-saving efficiency, making it particularly suitable for the production of small batches and a variety of plastic products. The accompanying plastic fork mould, with a multi-cavity design, combines pinpoint gate feeding and double parting surface structure to achieve automatic demoulding, significantly improving production efficiency.
According to the on-site technical personnel, the mould was designed with full consideration of the structural characteristics of the plastic fork and the requirements of the forming process. It used UG software for 3D modelling and runner analysis to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of each fork product. The mould material, selected as high-strength steel and heat-treated, has good wear resistance and service life.
During the exhibition, KSHOW's booth attracted a large number of professional visitors to stop and consult. Many domestic and international buyers showed great interest in the injection moulding solutions displayed.
