What Thin-Wall Demands from the Mold

Thin-wall molding needs high-flow resins, conformal cooling channels, and precise gate design to fill long flow paths without weld lines. Mold steel selection, venting, and ejection all become more critical — the difference between a working thin-wall mold and a rejected one is measured in tenths of a millimeter.
