At 2.8 seconds per cycle, a single machine produces roughly 1 million boxes per week, and the ultra-thin 0.32 mm wall cut material consumption by over 40% compared with conventional packaging.

Pallet Molds: The Heavy End

Structural Demands

Pallets carry static loads of 1–2 tons and dynamic (racked) loads of 500–1,000 kg, so mold design must deliver ribbed structures, uniform shrinkage control, and warpage-free flatness. Double-sided pallets add complexity in core-pulling and ejection sequencing.

KSHOW's Approach

KSHOW designs pallet molds with structural analysis (FEA) before machining, then validates shrinkage compensation through trial molding on its own injection machines — reducing T0 iterations for customers and protecting the delivery schedule.
