1. Moulding Specifications

An integrated high-speed mould for the upper cover and base, with an eight-cavity layout. The box opening measures 155×95 mm, with a height of 55 mm, a wall thickness of 0.40 mm, a net weight of 11 g, and a volume of 550 ml. 2. Material and Cycle

3. Dimensional Tolerance

4. Post-Processing Integration

In-mould visual rejection + servo stacking robot, directly outputting 50 sets per pallet with clean packaging, zero human touch, in compliance with the HACCP online foreign matter control clause.

Cavity negative pressure adsorption + electrostatic assistance, with label positioning accuracy of ±0.2 mm. The finished transparent area has no visible bubbles and supports label non-curling after 90℃ 30 min baking.

The slider has an integrated extraction structure, completing daily mould cleaning in 5 min; the hot runner plate has a front lifting hole, allowing a single person to replace the heating rod, reducing annual maintenance downtime by 30%.
